THE WHY

We had known each other for some time prior to founding Hub Property Care and admired each other’s work ethic and track record in business. Realising we had a complementary set of expertise and experience relevant to the industry, we knew we had something of real worth to bring to the world of property maintenance.

Aside from having successfully built and managed several businesses between us, our combined skill set encompasses a sincere customer focussed approach, mastery of ever-evolving modern technology and, crucially, a working expertise in all elements of property maintenance… As well as understanding every aspect of the technical requirements of property care, we approach all projects with a commercial mindset. We know that for our clients time is money, and we appreciate that they have clients of their own to keep happy. For that reason, efficiency, transparency, diligence and clear communication are the cornerstones of Hub Property Care.

We want to be an extension of your team. Our clients know we have their back, whether that be in an emergency or in an ongoing capacity as the people who notice and solve issues before they become anything serious. Hub is where technical skill goes hand in hand with a deep understanding of commercial reality.


The Team

Rather than falling into the typical “our business is like a family” cliché, we prefer to think of ourselves as a high-performing football team: from the directors, to the administration team and right through to each of our engineers and craftspeople, we share a sense of purpose and a commitment to excellence.

Our focus on being reactive, proactive, conscientious and clear runs through the veins of the company. We believe in and appreciate each and every member of the team and strive to treat each other with the same unerring professionalism and courtesy as we do our clients. 

All our engineers and contractors are DBS checked and, before they become part of the Hub family, we provide them with comprehensive training in our ethos and code of conduct. That way they know what they are signing up for, and our clients know that any Hub employee visiting one of their properties will be given fast and flawless service and treated with respect and professionalism.
