REMUNERATION AND PACKAGE

Our employment packages are generous and fair. There are no catches. Working with us, you can expect to receive:

• A quarterly profit share scheme, participating in the success of the business, up to £2,000pa

• 25 days holiday plus standard public holidays

We provide a top of the range van, a smart uniform and a phone. We expect that you provide your own tools, within reason. All your business expenses are paid for by the company.

 

OUR ROLES

  • Salary: Base salary of up to £50,000pa depending on your experience

    A monthly incentive scheme that allows you to make a further £5,000+pa. based on productivity

    We are currently hiring expert Gas Heating Engineers.

    • You will be responsible for a varied range of work from reactive repair, maintenance and service to installation of domestic systems.

    • You will have at least 5 years qualified experience and preferably more.

    • If you have additional qualifications, we will recognise them and give you opportunities to use those skills.

    • If you are early in your career we can train, grow and develop you. If you are more experienced we will value your skills and also provide you with continuing challenges and an opportunity to learn more.

    • Our work is in the Chelsea area so you will need to be in commuting distance.

    • We provide you with a company van so a driving licence is essential.

  • Salary: Base salary of £35,000pa to £42,000pa depending on your experience

    We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Carpenter.

    You will be capable and have experience of a range of skills majoring on carpentry and potentially including painting & decorating, plumbing, plastering and minor brickwork.

    Remuneration is competitive to reflect your skills and experience and you will participate in the company’s profit share scheme and pension plan.

    • You will have at least 5 years qualified experience and preferably more.

  • Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

    We are currently looking for a superstar Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent office role that requires excellent organisational and computer skills, plus a great customer service persona with excellent telephone manner.

    We need someone that’s dynamic and pro-active in ensuring that engineer scheduling and customer bookings run smoothly.

    QUALITES YOU WILL NEED

    • Excellent customer service skills - customer service is key to our company’s culture

    • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal

    • A focused, motivated professional, with a can-do attitude

    • Experience in building relationships with customers

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Organised and capable of effectively assisting us with managing our day-to-day operations.

    • A strong desire to help people, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn

    • Experience working with trades and in a trade environment would be desirable but not essential.

    • A “How can I help you?” attitude.

    • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office

    • Living local would be preferential.
